Orbitly Privacy Policy and User Agreement

Welcome to Orbitly (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "Orbitly"). Please read the following terms carefully before registering or using our services. By using the Platform, you agree to abide by the privacy and usage policies outlined below. This agreement may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will be published on the Platform without further notice.

1. Scope of the Platform and Service Description

Orbitly is a collaboration matchmaking platform designed for creators, developers, and entrepreneurs. It supports login via Google account, allowing users to create a personal profile through a "Character Card", and explore, initiate, or join various projects.

Currently, we only offer a web-based version, accessible on all modern browser-supported devices.

2. Information Collection and Usage

Orbitly collects and uses the following information as reasonably necessary for your usage context:

• Registration Information: such as name, email, profile picture, and UID provided by your Google account.
• Character Card Data: including nickname, roles, skills, preferred regions, and weekly availability.
• Platform Interaction Records: such as exploring projects, editing cards, login timestamps, and device usage.
• Message Records: one-way messages sent by users are only accessible to the recipient and stored for backup; they are not publicly disclosed.
• Cookies: used to maintain login sessions and optimize user experience.

We use this data to provide personalized recommendations, enhance the matchmaking process, and maintain platform security. Your information will never be sold, rented, or transferred without consent.

3. User Conduct and Content Authorization

Users must ensure that all uploaded text, images, and descriptions are original or properly authorized. Intellectual property infringement is prohibited.

To ensure the basic functionality of the Platform, Orbitly will display user-provided content and representative images on pages such as the Explore and Character Card pages. These are only shown within the Platform, and users retain full copyright of their content.

Posting discriminatory, hateful, pornographic, or violent content is strictly forbidden. The Platform reserves the right to remove any violating content.

Non-logged-in users may browse basic profile summaries but must log in to access full information and project details.

4. Data Protection, User Rights, and Deletion

Users may view and modify their personal information anytime via the Dashboard.

To delete your account, please contact us at usefulvibe@gmail.com. We will process the request within a reasonable timeframe.

After deletion, all private data will be erased. However, public project records or participation history may be retained in anonymized form.

5. Account Termination and Violation Handling

Orbitly reserves the right to restrict or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Repeated violations of the policies stated in this agreement.
• Accessing the Platform using automated tools or malicious methods.
• Submitting false information or abusing the matchmaking system.

If your account is suspended due to violations, you may submit a written explanation. Orbitly will assess the case and reserves the right to reinstate or permanently remove the account based on specific circumstances.
